Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the class date can request a full store credit or a refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 1 week and up to 24 hours before the class date will ONLY receive store credit for the amount that we can recover to fill the seats. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class date.
We understand life happens and unexpected events occur. However please understand that we are a small business with only 8-10 guests attending each class. In the days leading up to your class, we have made the necessary purchases and staffing arrangements to ensure the best experience possible for everyone. DAY OF cancellations affects the staff and customers in that class. While we do our best to get seats filled, we are not responsible for last minute illnesses and work related conflicts.
You may transfer your seat to someone else, as long as the seats have not already been filled. Please let us know the name of the person filling your spot.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the posted class start time, may not be granted access to the class. This will be determined on a case by case basis. If you are running late, please CALL US to let us know by calling at 321-345-1965 as emails may not be seen prior to class.
NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR CLASS CREDIT. All store credits are good for 1 year from the date of the class.

The Gathering Table reserves the right to cancel an event for low attendance and without any notice in an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. Cancellation on our end will result in a refund to the original payment method.
